Free Shipping

Free ground shipping on all Amovida Wheelchair Cushion orders. Expedited service is available upon request and for an additional fee. Please contact us at 1-866-774-9513 for shipping questions. Most orders will be shipped within one business day.

Sales Tax

All orders delivered to Tennessee will have applicable sales tax added to your order during checkout.

International Oders

We do NOT accept international orders.

Returns

Please keep all original packing material and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned. If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or refund your money. If you would like to discuss the return/exchange, please call 1-866-774-9513 (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST).

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. A credit will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the items to process your return and/or exchange.
